I had worked lifelong in Film, TV, Theater and Radio in the Mid-West before my career-changing move to New York, to appear in an Off-Broadway production as Elsie Dewey in "Grandma Sylvia's Funeral".   This was soon followed by critically acclaimed performances as The Rat Wife in "Little Eyolf" in the Century Center's Ibsen Series, and as Ayn Rand in "The Allegory of Golf".

I have recently performed scenes as "The Granny Holler Witch" opposite Julianne Moore in her soon to be released horror film "Shelter".  I soon after performed as The Narrator for the film "The Magic Helmet" which subsequently won Best Short Film in the 2012 Connecticut Film Festival.

I am delighted with my new ‘state of the art’  HOME STUDIO  where I Narrated and Produced my 3 recent Audiobooks: “The Tides” by Melanie Tem, “The Manicurist by Phyllis Schieber and “Promote Your Book” by Patricia Fry.

The NPR Radio Play, “The Witches of Lublin”, aired nationally and featured my performance among numerous renowned actors.  Afterward, as an Audiobook it won a multitude of Awards and Honors, including the Earphones Award as well as three Nominations for the 2012 Audie Awards.

My many other Film and TV credits include "Lonely Street" with scenes opposite Jay Mohr, "Word of Honor" with John Malkovich, "Mercy or Murder", as Brisco's ex-wife in "Law and Order", the Promo for "Funny or Die" for HBO, and as the Narrator for "You're Not Looking At Me", which won the Cine' Golden Eagle Award.  Numerous Independent Films include the Title Role in "The Teacher", "The Dueling Accountant", "Particles of Truth", " Nomi's Bat Mitzvah" and "Guardian Angel".

Some of my favorite stage performances were as Aunt Mae in "Italian American Reconciliation",  Nurse Ratched in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest",  Eleanor in "The Lion in Winter", Lady Bracknell in "The Importance of Being Earnest",  the title role in "The Lady From Dubuque", Felicity in "The Shadow Box", as well as performances in "The Ballad of Sandy Champagne", and in "Matinee Ladies" at the Greenwich House Theatre.

As a volunteer, I had originated, then ran, the Screen Actor's Guild Weekly Conservatory Program in Michigan for ten years.
